So excited to share my 4 week workout plan, which features the workout plan only (no recipes) See my BONUS plan if you want the recipes. It's super detailed, colorful and I put my heart into every bit of it.

  • This is an all Home Workouts (no gym!) 11 page PDF ONLY written workout plan (NOT video-based) but way more detailed than what you may typically find online. This program will challenge you and help you build muscle, strength, get healthier and gain confidence.
  • While it's a written plan, I do have some links to my workout videos and some basic ones on youtube in the plan to help you out.
  • It has a lot of helpful tips and info, links to my exercise equipment and I provide details each day on the exercises, while giving the exact weights I use and suggestions on how to adjust/modify.
  • ADDITIONALLY, to help you out, especially if you are new to weight lifting, I will be uploading video demos of some of the workouts on my Instagram and also on my youtube page (The Vegan 8) so you can observe and learn the exercises and form.

THE WORKOUTS

This program details the exact workouts I do. I wrote out the exercises for each day, detailing the reps and exact weights.

These workouts are not meant to be easy. They will challenge you. You may cuss me out while doing them. But I did not get the results I did by taking it easy. I got them through consistency, dedication, commitment and challenging myself.

But I understand some of you may be a beginner and that's ok! I provide ways to adjust and modify. Which in most cases, simply will mean reducing the weight or using no weight. You may need to do this in the beginning until you get stronger.

You never want the exercises to be so easy that you aren't required to focus on the movement. However, you shouldn't try to lift too much where you have awful form. Slow, controlled, focus, core tight is how you should approach every exercise!
